  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Coastal, Ocean, and Engineered Sinks
What recipe did you make and how did it turn out? Will you cook with seaweed again?

I started off by picking up some organic seaweed snacks to incorporate them in my diet. At first it was kind of weird tasting but I started to eat more and it grew on me. I attempted making a five minute meal. It consisted of rice, canned tuna, Japanese mayo, and sesame oil mixed and wrapped in seaweed, it was so good, I recommended anyone reading this to try it out!

    Transportation
What was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?

I was planning on going to Jamaica for my spring break, but that plan is being held off on. I decided to spend my spring break in NYC. In the future, I hope to prevent additional plane travel by planning ahead, selecting trips closer to home, and considering the environmental effect of each travel decision.
